The aim of this article was to develop knowledge of preschool teachers’ and head teachers’ conceptions and experiences during the initial phase of CBS.

This article discusses the method of values clarification (värderingsövningar), a technique comprising various exercises employed in schools and higher education to process diverse themes. In the present study, a Swedish adaptation of the TCoA was administered twice, 18 months apart.
